play problem

    I cant come into my game annymore.... starting 4 days ago.
    I can login the game no problem....it works
    than the second pages inside showing from apel untill Star....Works aswell
    than the white Ball gos from left to the right. there the game stops
    I dont come to my 4 lands. I write 2 letters to mr Lee in support.
    he advice to make a new users account with a new password. But how I dont know .. Thanks
